Is this a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-time $4.99 unlock. Restore it from Settings with the same Apple Account if you reinstall.
Why can’t I write a fourth letter?
The free plan includes 3 letters total, including Quick Santa Notes. Deleting a child or a letter does not reset that count. Unlock Premium for unlimited letters.
Can my child open Parent Mode?
Not without Face ID, Touch ID, the device passcode, or the math fallback. Leaving the app returns you to Kid Mode so Parent Mode is not left unlocked.
Will a notification show the letter?
No. Notifications say only that a letter has arrived. They never include the letter text.
Where is our data?
Only on this iPhone (and in your own device backups). There are no accounts and no developer servers. Deleting the app deletes the data.
Speak or Record does not appear
Speak uses on-device speech recognition and may be hidden on some simulators or devices without that model. Record is a Premium voice-note feature and asks for the microphone only when you tap it.
